We’re partnering a premium consumer brand with strong international momentum to appoint a Global Marketing Director, based in Singapore. This is a highly visible, commercially critical role driving growth across Asia, EMEA and Oceania.

The opportunity
This is not a traditional “brand” role.
You’ll lead the international marketing agenda end-to-end—setting strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. From defining brand positioning to launching new products and entering new markets, you’ll be at the centre of growth decisions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Finance and Operations, using data to identify opportunities and translate them into clear, executable strategies across digital, PR, activations and trade channels.
What we’re looking for
- Proven marketing leader with regional / global scope
- Background in FMCG, food & beverage or consumer brands
- Strong commercial mindset—able to link marketing to growth and performance
- Experience leading multi-market teams, agencies and complex launches
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder / board level
