Your Role

As part of our kitchen crew, you will be the backbone of our food operations. You will specialize in crafting our signature sarnies and preparing a variety of delicious light bites designed for sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Efficiently prep and assemble high-quality sandwiches, toasties, and sharing platters according to our recipes and presentation standards.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a spotless workstation. Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations (storage, temperature control, and cleanliness).

• Speed & Efficiency: Smash through prep lists and ticket orders quickly, ensuring our guests never wait too long for their bites, even during the peak rush.

• Adaptability: Jump in where needed. Whether it's restocking ingredients, washing up, or pivoting during a sudden rush, you handle changes with a positive attitude.
