Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations and prepare the full set of accounts for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and expense approval processes.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions with counterparties and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Perform full set closing independently and prepare accurate monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Audit & Internal Controls

  • Liaise with external auditors for both local and group audits and serve as a key point of contact during audit engagements.
  • Prepare audit schedules and address audit queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure internal controls relating to purchasing, sales, expenses, and inventory movements are implemented and adhered to.

Tax & Statutory Compliance

  • Assist in the computation of Corporate Income Tax and liaise with tax agents on tax filing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate secretarial requirements under applicable regulations.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
  3. At least 5 years of accounting experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
  4. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
