Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

The Data Center Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and commercial activities for data center construction projects. The role ensures cost efficiency, budget control, accurate procurement, and compliance with contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and tender documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
• Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Manage procurement and contract administration.
• Conduct site measurements and valuation works.
• Support project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in data center, MEP, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and procurement.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in QS and project management software.
