Roles & Responsiblities
Supports logistic/sales team by performing admin tasks related to the pet's move.
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking down messages or transferring call to the correct person-in-charge.
- Provides administrative support.
- Prepare invoice, memo and forms.
- Prepare schedule of works, documents for respective shipment.
- Application of documentation online and ensure accuracy entries
- Carries out administrative duties such as quotations, invoicing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to have contact with dogs and cats
- Working in pet friendly enviroments
- Responsible and meticulous in application entry
- Proficient in computer software
- Dedicated team player and resourceful.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- ITE / 'N' / 'O' Levels qualification; additional qualifications or experiences will be a plus
