Sales Executive (Waste Management)|B2B

Work Location: Penjuru Road

Work Hour: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm

Salary: Basic up to $5,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus + Benefits

Job Description

• Generate new business opportunities in the waste management industry
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct research, networking, and cold calling to find new leads
• Develop sales strategies to grow company revenue
• Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports
• Work with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Stay updated on waste management industry trends and services

Requirements

• Min 2 years B2B experience in waste related company
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
