Export Customer Service Officer

Position: Export Customer Service Officer/Executive
Salary: up to $3000/$3800
Working Day: Mon-Sat | 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat)
Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport)
Job Responsibilities
- Direct Customer Contact: Excellent, amiable, and trustworthy service is provided.
- After receiving the booking, be sure you give the customer the flight information within the allotted time (one hour).
- When processing the export work order, make sure that the export documents are compliant.
- Apply for the appropriate export permission and expedite the processing of other export customs.
- All calls must be answered within three ringing tones. (without fail)
- Always keep an eye on the onboard status and notify the customer of any irregularities.
- Good communication between all relevant departments, such as the planning team, operations, warehouse, and traffic.
- Making sure that the applicable freight rates are accurate and up to current at all times.
- Always aware of and up to date on any new requirements or modifications made by airlines or the government.
- Make sure that every monthly customer report is consistently submitted on time.
- Communicating with internal and external parties regarding the management and status of shipments.
- Making sure that every shipment is properly tracked and organized in accordance with SOP.
- Working on unique arrangements with sales and other function groups.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant working experience.
- Must have Cargowise One system experience.
