Service Crew - Premium Hospitality

Location: Central

Basic Salary: Up to $3,200/month

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $6,000

Work Schedule: 5.5-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
• Welcome, seat, and attend to guests professionally and courteously
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and handle enquiries or feedback promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of dining and lounge areas
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support opening, closing, and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in hotel F&B, formal dining restaurants, lounges, or similar hospitality environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and rotating schedules when required
• Team player with strong service excellence mindset
