ole & Responsibility
Duties include but not limited to:

- eaching out to prospective clients, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities to expand existing client scope, and presenting CraveFX’s capabilities aligned with their requirements. R
- esponding to client’s queries on technical and procedural questions. C
- oordinating the formulation of price quotations, submitting sales contract for orders, handling invoicing and maintaining client records. A
- ssisting in the administrative work needed for approvals, submissions and reconciliation. S
- ervicing and maintaining short and long term client relationship as well as managing of existing accounts. R
- esponsible for achieving sales targets by supporting existing accounts and generating new leads through outreach and prospecting. F
- inding new sales leads using market research, business directories, client referrals, cold calling and/or direct fieldwork. F
- amiliar with sales processes, including basic rights management and contract documentation. G
- ood communication skills, with the ability to work accurately with numbers and large amounts of data. A
- ssist BD Manager and Directors in other areas where necessary.
