Process Senior Engineer (Aerospace, Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing)

• Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA)

• Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement

• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Typical “special processes” include

• Welding
• Heat treatment
• Surface finishing / plating
• Chemical processing
• Painting & coating
• Brazing
• Non-destructive testing (NDT)
• Composite bonding
• Cleanroom manufacturing
• Sterilization

Position Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Aerospace or Manufacturing environment

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, or related field)

• Ability to work in a highly regulated manufacturing environment

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
