In House TA Specialist/Recruiter (Semiconductor)

The Client is the world leading semiconductor company from US in Singapore. We are hiring below recruitment roles:

1. TA Specialist
2. Campus Hiring Specialist
3. TA Event Coordinator

• 12 months (renewable) contract
• Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
• Provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
• Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
• Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
• Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
• Plan and conduct weekend mass interviews to efficiently evaluate multiple candidates.
• Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
• Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
• Hiring of interns

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
