Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Business Coordinator to support trading operations and ensure smooth coordination across sales, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners within the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipment execution, logistics arrangements, and customs clearance activities
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation accurately and promptly
- Support sales activities through coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Issue and manage sales and purchase contracts in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and trading procedures
- Prepare periodic business reports, including GP and outstanding contract reports
- Monitor business activities and support operational efficiency within the trading team
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in trading operations, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- A reliable team player who values structure, collaboration, and attention to detail.
