Hiring: Technician – Tester

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technician – Tester to join our team. This role involves electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies/subassemblies.
• Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and verbal/written instructions.
• Conduct troubleshooting and identify/correct assembly or testing errors.
• Operate test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Maintain accurate records and enter work progress, labor, and repair details into computer systems.
• Inspect incoming parts, perform audits, and ensure availability of required components.
• Support process improvement and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Follow all workplace safety, security, and health procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply scientific methods.
• Good understanding of team collaboration and operational workflows.
• Ability to recognize and resolve routine technical issues independently using established procedures.
• Effective communication skills for information sharing and coordination.
