Our Client is a Sports Organisation driving the development of its Sport at all levels. They are passionate about inspiring participation, supporting talent, and understand how their success can unite communities. With an ambitious vision for the future, the Organisation is committed to fostering excellence for their product, ensuring inclusiveness, accessibility and a source of pride.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you shall lead a small team in the development and delivery of the revenue and monetisation strategy, including funding, sponsorship and viable commercial partnerships across all channels. This role shall be responsible for all revenue streams and explore potentials to maximise the brand's outreach for further commercialisation opportunities that are consistent with the Organisation's priorities. This role shall work closely with Marketing to drive revenue and ensure high-quality brand-aligned output.

You should be a passionate business professional who has led a small team with the above track record across both digital and traditional commercial avenues. Prior sports industry related experience is naturally a plus but is not required. Due to the nature of sports, you have to be prepared to attend priority events where travel is required.
