Role Description

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate and lifestyle development projects across Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, including high-rise mixed-use and landed property developments.

This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring all projects are delivered in accordance with quality standards, budget, timeline, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also oversee operational logistics and project coordination to ensure milestones and target deadlines are achieved efficiently.

Key responsibilities include resource management, progress monitoring, site inspections, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with company objectives and development standards.

1. Project Planning & Execution (35% of total work)
2. Cost, Budget & Commercial Management (20% of total work)
3. Consultant & Contractor Coordination (15% of total work)
4. Risk Management & Compliance (10% of total work)
5. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication (10% of total work)
6. Quality, Safety & ESG Compliance (5% of total work)
7. Handover, Closeout & Defect Management (5% of total work)

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Built Environment, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or other equivalents;
• Minimum 9 years of experience in real estate development or construction management projects within management capacity
• Proven experience in delivering high-rise or large-scale mixed-use development
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, authority processes and procurement methods

Skills

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Budget and contract management proficiency
• Effective communicator across disciplines and seniority levels
• Familiarity with project management software (Ms. Project, etc.)
• Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable building practices is a plus leadership
