Warehouse & E - Commerce Operations Executive

This role focuses on executing daily warehouse operations and e-commerce order fulfilment. You will handle order processing, coordinate picking and packing, manage inventory, and support warehouse activities, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Process daily e-commerce orders accurately and on time across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tik Tok
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Assist physically in packing small parcels during peak periods to maintain fulfilment speed
• Support daily warehouse operations by sorting, labeling, and organizing stock for easy access
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment to support smooth operations
• Conduct stock checks and track inventory to ensure stock accuracy and proper handling of goods
• Assist in stock take and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity
• Update operational reports on orders and stock movement to provide accurate data for the team
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or stock issues promptly
• Perform basic data entry and system updates to support operational workflows

Required competencies and certifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, or logistics
• Physical fitness to support hands-on warehouse tasks and packing during peak periods
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with navigating across the worksheets
• Basic working proficiency in English for effective communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Having prior experience in using ERP systems will be a plus
