CEO Assistant / Operations& New Media Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including schedule management, document preparation, meeting coordination, and liaison with schools, education institutions, and business partners in Singapore.
- Support documentation, poster design and promotional content creation.
- Assist with photography, equipment preparation and on-site coordination during outdoor video shoots.
- Support social media, branding and marketing-related activities.
Key Requirements
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for client communication.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and strong in execution
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar design/editing tools is preferred
- Interest in short-form videos and new media content; filming experience is a plus
- Outgoing, flexible and able to adapt to outdoor work and multitasking
- Local study or work experience in Singapore is preferred
- Photography or video editing skills will be an advantage
- Experience in the education / overseas study industry or social media operations is preferred
