E - Commerce Executive

• Manage and maintain online product listings across digital sales channels, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

• Support promotional activities and campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales performance.

• Monitor inventory availability and pricing accuracy across online platforms.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support to facilitate order completion.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.

• Handle customer returns, exchanges and related service matters.

• Diploma in any discipline

• Prior experience in e-commerce, online sales support, or digital retail operations is preferred

• Familiarity with online sales platforms and marketplace operations is advantageous

• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills

• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
