Job Scope

Assess patients with neurological conditions (Stroke, TBI, SCI)

Develop therapy plans for ADLs, cognition, upper limb function & motor recovery

Conduct cognitive and functional assessments

Recommend assistive devices and discharge planning

Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Monitor and document patient progress using rehab outcome measures

Requirements

Min. Degree in Occupational Therapy

Min. AHPC registered or eligible for registration in Singapore

Experience in neurorehabilitation preferred
