Sales Coordinator

Location: Redhill (Near MRT)

Salary: $2,600 to $2,800 + Performance Bonus

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (5-day work week)

We are hiring for a well-established company in the food distribution and vending solutions industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination work, client servicing, and supporting daily sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, delivery coordination, and daily sales administration
• Liaise with customers and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and necessary sales documents
• Monitor sales performance and support reporting activities
• Assist in identifying business opportunities and customer needs
• Follow up on customer requests and operational matters
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or higher qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, admin support, or related functions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Organized, able to multitask, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
