Supply Chain Assistant

Location: Tuas area (West), short walk from Bus stop

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Salary: $1,700 to $2,000

Responsibilities

• Prepare import and export shipping documents (invoice, packing list, etc.)
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
• Track shipment status and follow-up on deliveries
• Perform data entry and maintain records
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements

• No experience required — training provided
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email)
• Willing to learn and work in a team
• Able to work in Tuas area
