The Role

We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant/Headhunter to join our front-office search practice. This role is suited for individuals who are commercially minded, self-directed, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.

This can be a remote-friendly role. Consultants are not always required to be based in the office and may work from any location, provided performance and delivery standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end executive search mandates within front-office financial markets
• Sourcing, engaging, and advising high-calibre candidates
• Conducting structured, in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
• Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and market conditions
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships
• Delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes in a performance-driven environment

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver results.

For Singapore-based positions

• Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents only;
• Must have direct sales experience;
• Demonstrated track record in sales or revenue-driven roles (recruitment, executive search, financial services, or related fields);
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
• Highly self-motivated, organised, and accountable;
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting;
• Prior experience in recruitment or executive search is not required;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
