Position: Sales Operation Analyst
Location: Kallang
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry benchmarking, and identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Identify improvement areas by preparing and analyzing dashboards, forecasts, and reports through sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends for leadership to support data-driven decisions
Utilise, Manage and optimize CRM systems and BI tools to generate insights, support strategic planning and enhance sales processes
Use Microsoft Excel to generate dashboards, pivot tables, and forecasting models applied to sales analytics
Improve sales workflows and operational efficiency through process analysis and redesign
Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs to align sales goals
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across sales platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or analytics
Advanced Excel skills including dashboards, pivot tables, and forecasting models applied to sales analytics
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and sales pipelines
