Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator Executive to manage and coordinate domestic logistics operations, ensuring timely transportation, efficient scheduling, and smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor domestic transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments.
• Liaise effectively with clients, internal departments, and drivers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Track shipments actively and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare accurate logistics documentation and reports to support operational transparency.
• Resolve delivery issues and respond promptly to customer inquiries to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records to support supply chain integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures to uphold standards.
• Manage monthly invoicing processes to support financial accuracy.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fresh graduate or experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of domestic transportation regulations is an advantage.
