Senior Project Manager/ Construction Project Manager(Main Con)General Building exp

· Assist the Lead Consultant in project management and daily operations.

· Oversee site planning, including facilities, hoarding, access, and crane requirements.

· Evaluate project programmes and monitor work progress.

· Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental measures are implemented effectively.

· Arrange mock-ups, sample unit inspections, and trade demonstrations.

· Coordinate submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from consultants.

Requirements

· Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree.

· Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
