Our client is a leading regional platform backed by sophisticated institutional investors, with a significant portfolio of operating assets and an active pipeline of strategic transactions across Asia Pacific.

This is a highly deal-focused role and will suit a hands-on lawyer who enjoys drafting, negotiating, organising transaction processes, managing stakeholders, and driving deals to completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualified lawyer with approximately 8+ years’ PQE.

Strong M&A experience is essential, ideally from a leading law firm and/or sophisticated in-house environment.

Experience in asset sales, infrastructure transactions, private M&A, fund placements or strategic investments would be highly relevant.

Hands-on, proactive and commercially sharp, with strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.

Able to operate independently, manage multiple moving parts and work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Comfortable with demanding periods during active deal phases, with flexibility around working hours and location provided the work is delivered.
