Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for freezer trucks, office building and equipment.
• Coordinate and liaise with our drivers, in-house Technician and vendors or contractors to carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Update and maintain servicing & maintenance records.
• In charge of filing GIA reports and sending parking offence appeal requests.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements

• Polytechnic or ITE graduate in engineering field with at least 2 years of working experience.
• Must be resourceful, able to work independently and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• 5.5 days in a week
• Class 3 / Class 4 Driving License
• Preferably with basic knowledge & experience on any of the following:

i. Vehicle maintenance

ii. Building maintenance & Workplace Safety

iii. CCTV, In vehicle camera & Fleet GPS Tracking System
