Company Description

Established in 2004, the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) is a private sector-led organisation that partners key stakeholders of the maritime industry and government agencies to foster public-private collaboration, develop and promote Singapore as an International Maritime Centre (IMC), and build a maritime-ready talent pool.

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to join us as an Industry Engagement Executive.

Program Development

Conceptualize, develop and manage programs to meet needs of the maritime industry, particularly in the areas of talent and workforce development. Examples include taskforces, workgroups and projects in partnership with industry stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

Conceptualize, organize and evaluate platforms to engage maritime HR practitioners, particularly HR leaders.

Other Duties as Assigned

• Coordinate SMF’s participation at maritime tradeshows
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• A degree holder with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Digitally savvy
