Contracts Specialist

Exciting permanent opportunity for a contracts specialist to join a renowned global trading company.

Responsibilities

You will play an active role drafting contracts, reviewing contractual amendments and working closely with front office to ensure daily trades, contractual terms and conditions are in order.

Alignment with group level governance practices will also be critical in this role. Any discrepancies to be escalated in a timely manner.

Requirements

You bring at least 4 years contracts management experience ideally from a trading company, and have hands on contracts exposure in bulk and/container shipment. Those with global contracts experience (cross jurisdictions) will be favored. Due to the jurisdiction coverage of this role, ability to interpret mandarin contracts is required for this role.
