Responsibilities

• Drive client satisfaction by delivering targeted recruitment consulting services that align with client hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships.
• Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to align expectations and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and hiring behaviours within the specialised sector to refine pitching strategies and adapt solutions to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery.

What you should possess

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Humanities/ Social Sciences
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver long term results.
• People-oriented and passionate about working in a team-based environment.
