Shipping Executive/Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee shipping operations to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.
• Set priorities and optimize resources to meet customer and business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of shipping processes, systems, and KPIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and freight forwarders to resolve issues and enhance service levels.
• Develop, coach, and manage team performance in line with corporate objectives.
• Oversee reporting, delivery planning, and support critical operations as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant operational leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and process management skills.
• Experienced in systems, documentation, and material tracking.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP platforms.
