Sales Merchandiser (Household Products)

Our client is a MNC in FMCG Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Merchandiser to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Merchandiser

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, in-store displays, and competitor activities, and report updates to the Sales Executive.
• Replenish and merchandise products to ensure neat, attractive, and well-organized displays.
• Coordinate with store personnel to secure better shelf placement and additional display space.
• Execute promotional activities and ensure timely setup of POSM materials.
• Maintain stock hygiene and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Support sales performance while ensuring compliance with workplace safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Comfortable with islandwide travelling
• Min 2 years of FMCG merchandising experience in handling multiple stores
