CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

Project Management & Execution

· Oversee full project lifecycle from design, tender, and construction to handover.

· Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and health & safety (HSE) requirements.

· Conduct design and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.

· Review design drawings for constructability and value engineering opportunities.

· Monitor site progress, schedule adherence, and cost performance.

· Lead project reviews, manage variations, and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in building or construction project management.

· Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
