Senior Manager (Business Process Improvement)

Responsibilities

  • Key contact to the customers in providing Business Process Improvement and Service Delivery.
  • Involved in IT Project Management and IT Business Continuity.
  • Responsible for managing the IT Service Level Agreement and Business Process Continuity.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong experience in Business Process Improvement and Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement.
  • Good in handling Digital Transformation.
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Business Practises, Sustainability Supply Chain Management
  • Good in providing solutions, advisory and SLA.
  • Involved in Service Level Agreement and Business Continuity.
  • Strong in Business Process Management and Service Delivery.
  • Knowledge of Business Process and Continuous Improvement.
  • Possess ISO, Six Sigma Certifications/ Standards.
  • Proven track record in handling Service Agreement (SLA).
  • Minimum 8 years of IT Solution / Service Delivery experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science/ Business or Engineering.
  • Singaporeans only
