Senior Manager (Business Process Improvement)
Responsibilities
- Key contact to the customers in providing Business Process Improvement and Service Delivery.
- Involved in IT Project Management and IT Business Continuity.
- Responsible for managing the IT Service Level Agreement and Business Process Continuity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong experience in Business Process Improvement and Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement.
- Good in handling Digital Transformation.
- Knowledge of Sustainable Business Practises, Sustainability Supply Chain Management
- Good in providing solutions, advisory and SLA.
- Involved in Service Level Agreement and Business Continuity.
- Strong in Business Process Management and Service Delivery.
- Knowledge of Business Process and Continuous Improvement.
- Possess ISO, Six Sigma Certifications/ Standards.
- Proven track record in handling Service Agreement (SLA).
- Minimum 8 years of IT Solution / Service Delivery experience.
- Degree in Computer Science/ Business or Engineering.
- Singaporeans only
