Job scope:

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and labeling of medications
• Process prescriptions, including data entry and verification of patient information
• Pack and supply medications accurately according to prescriptions
• Provide basic medication instructions to patients under pharmacist supervision
• Manage inventory, including stock ordering, replenishment, and expiry checks
• Ensure proper storage of medications, including controlled and temperature-sensitive items
• Perform unit dose packaging and support medication distribution within healthcare settings
• Assist in compounding of medications (including sterile preparations) under supervision
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Handle customer service duties such as attending to patient enquiries and managing queues
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely medication supply
• Operate cashiering and payment processes where applicable
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
