AV & Classroom Maintenance

• Projector maintenance works:
  • Use of 5-step ladder (below 2m elevation)
  • Cleaning of projector filters
  • Projector alignment and testing
• AV maintenance works:
  • Ensure all ViewBoards are functioning properly
  • Ensure all Samsung signage displays are functioning properly

IT Support & Device Preparation

• IT data entry and asset organisation
• IT equipment configurations and repetitive setup tasks
• Unboxing, labelling, and inventory preparation
• Basic MacBook repair works:
  • Screwing/unscrewing components
  • Battery replacement
  • Internal cleaning/dusting

Infrastructure & Operations Support

• CCTV onsite checking and updating of system records
• Cleaning and vacuuming of network racks and server rooms across Levels 1–12
• Printing learner passes and assisting with data synchronisation between iSAMS and C•CURE
• IT storage housekeeping and disposal of boxes/clutter
• Support for other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
