Contract Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing of securities transactions across various financial products
• Perform trade booking, validation, matching, and settlement processing activities
• Monitor and resolve trade exceptions, discrepancies, and failed trades
• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely transaction processing
• Investigate cash and position breaks related to securities transactions
• Conduct daily operational and control checks to ensure processing accuracy
• Support system testing, process improvements, and operational projects
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
