Alumni Relations and Engagement Executive (Education)

Our client is a private education institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Alumni Relations and Engagement Executive to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage alumni communications by responding to alumni queries with care, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach across multiple channels
• Maintain and update the alumni database to support effective outreach and engagement initiatives
• Develop a strong alumni network and lead the planning and execution of both local and overseas engagement activities
• Support digital and social media engagement by managing alumni updates across social media platforms and the corporate website
• Highlight alumni achievements by featuring success stories that celebrate accomplishments and inspire the wider community
• Track engagement impact and prepare reports with insights, benchmarking outcomes against best practices

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with 2 years of relevant working experience in events/stakeholder management
• Experience in an educational setting will be an advantage.
