As a Principal Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and manage the physiotherapy team
• Deliver physiotherapy treatments and educate patients.
• Assess and oversee patients referred for physiotherapy across diverse clinical environments.
• Conduct educational sessions for nurses to enhance team cohesion and for patients to boost health literacy.
• Independently evaluate and treat patients referred for physiotherapy.
• Provide supervision, leadership and team development of therapist.
• Adhere to clinical and service protocols.
• Offer educational presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

• At least a Degree in Physiotherapy
• Possess a valid full registration with Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC)
• At least 7-8 years of managerial and leadership experience
