As a Technical Trainer (Marine Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Design, develop, and implement company-wide training programs, including

• onboarding, periodic technician certification, safety retraining, and technical upskilling.

• Develop course content, materials, and assessment criteria; coordinate with internal/external trainers to ensure effective delivery

• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize programs based on feedback.

• Build and maintain dashboards using MES, WMS, and other data sources to monitor core

• Key metrics: average repair cycle time, first-time fix rate, on-time completion rate, spare parts inventory turnover, technician productivity.

• Lead or support lean/Six Sigma-style initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• At least Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HRM, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
