As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily functioning.
• Provide therapeutic interventions (exercises, adaptive techniques, assistive tools).
• Recommend environmental adaptations for safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists, etc.).
• Educate patients and families on techniques for improved independence.
• Track and document patient progress.
• Specialize in areas like geriatrics, or neurological rehabilitation.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/ Master in Occupational Therapy and possess a full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
