Work hours: Monday – Friday, office hours
Job Scope
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) – billing, collections, reconciliation
- Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Manage month-end closing and balance sheet schedules
- Support full set of accounts (AP/GL where required)
- Handle high-volume transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, and vendors
Requirements
- Min Degree in Accountancy or related
- Strong experience in AR and reconciliation
- Exposure to inventory / stock reconciliation preferred
- Proficient in Excel (macros is a plus)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
