Researcher / Delivery Consultant – Executive Search & Selection – SINGAPORE

TRIBE GLOBALSEARCH is a privately held Executive Search and Recruitment business. Our consultants operate regionally in the APAC region, remotely and from our offices in Singapore. Our experienced team of recruitment experts work mainly on Leadership (CXO) Strategy, M&A and Transformation across Private Equity, Financial Services, Technology and Consulting.

The Position

- Scrutinise recruitment mandates to define a sourcing strategy

- Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach: Talent Mapping, Headhunting, job boards, social media & referrals

- Developing a candidate portfolio based on direct contacts

- Selecting and qualifying and interviewing local and international candidates at senior management and C’ level.

- Ensuring proper process management together with recruitment consultants and clients

- Supporting actively key account managers in the development of our sales strategy

Your background

- Bachelors Degree

- 1 – 5 years professional work experience, in Recruitment or Executive Search

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- Entrepreneurial mind-set and “can-do” attitude

- Based in Singapore or willing to work remotely.
