Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate and monitor shipments with vendors and contractors, providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Perform data entry, open and close job files, and prepare costing for invoice generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
• Assist in preparing pricing proposals and quotations for clients
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and efficiency
• Identify upselling opportunities and generate new business through client referrals
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics or transportation industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in tank operations or leasing is an added advantage
