Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Engage guests to understand preferences and recommend suitable drinks
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
• Create a welcoming and vibrant bar atmosphere
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages and menu offerings
• Comply with sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant bartending experience
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages
• Experience in pre-opening teams is an added advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, split shifts, weekends & PH
