Norges Bank Investment Management is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented professional for the permanent position of Office Manager as part of the International Offices team within our Finance department. The International Offices team has responsibility for activities related to facilities management, general administrative support, guest services and office projects. The department is global and provides services to offices in London, New York and Singapore.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Singapore office, with responsibilities spanning from facilities management and office administration to planning and event coordination.

The position is located in Singapore, and reports to the Head of International Offices. Some travel to other offices could be required.

Duties and responsibilities

What you will do

  • Day-to-day facility management and all office administration
  • Handling general correspondence and payment management for the Singapore office
  • Managing lease renewals and acting as the point of contact with the landlord and building management
  • Overseeing service agreements and procurement, managing provider contract renewals, and maintaining archives
  • Following up on maintenance schedules
  • Liaising with local authorities (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) and administering CorpPass
  • Coordinating HSE matters, including fire warden duties, first aid, equipment, DSE and risk assessments
  • Acting as Local Response Team (LRT) Coordinator
  • Managing office projects, refurbishments, and upgrades
  • Managing internal stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Conducting desk moves, seating plan updates and allocation
  • Organising office events and senior management meetings or visits

What you need

  • Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
  • Proactive and self-driven work style and a good team player
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure, both individually and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills including the use of AI
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ambition to excel, with focus on continuous improvement
