Investment Operations (Financial Institution)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee end-to-end transfer processes, including transfer of unit trust holdings across and within platforms, settlement monitoring, and other transfer-related activities
• Support firm and advisor maintenance matters on platforms when required
• Exercise sound judgement in handling stakeholders’ requests, urgent ad hoc tasks, and competing priorities within tight timelines while maintaining operational accuracy
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties, and external vendors to resolve queries and provide operational support
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations, and compliance frameworks during processing

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, banking operations and/or asset management
• Salary: $3,500-$4,200
