Insurance Analyst, Group Claims

Summary

• Handle end-to-end assessment and processing of local and overseas group insurance claims within policy guidelines and turnaround timelines
• Review Pre-Authorisation/LOG requests and coordinate with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders on claims-related matters
• Manage claims follow-ups, payment issues, refund processing, billing enquiries, and outstanding receivables
• Prepare claims reports, settlement documents, statistical analysis, and support finance/payment-related activities
• Participate in system enhancement projects, UAT testing, and process improvement initiatives
• Identify potential fraud or inconsistencies and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of Group Claims experience
• Familiar with Group Insurance products such as Group Life, Personal Accident, Critical Illness, Hospitalisation & Surgical, and Outpatient claims
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Health Insurance Certificate, M5 & M9 certifications will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
