Job Scope
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from policy members, HR representatives, and intermediaries via calls and emails in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Provide end-to-end customer support with strong focus on first-contact resolution and timely follow-up of cases, feedback, and complaints
- Support customers and intermediaries on the usage of company portals and mobile applications
- Manage escalated cases and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve servicing and claims-related matters
- Ensure accurate documentation, administrative support, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contact centre call and email handling
- Familiar with contact centre systems and applications
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and escalation handling skills
- Experience in group insurance products and medical claims will be advantageous
- Insurance certifications will be advantageous
