Sales /Account Manager – Life Insurance

JobDescription

We arelooking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales / Account Manager to joinour growing team in the life insurance space. The ideal candidate should havestrong client management capabilities, proven sales experience, and at least 5years of managerial experience leading teams and driving business growth.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, partners, and corporate accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for life insurance products
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives / relationship managers
  • Develop sales strategies and ensure achievement of revenue and business targets
  • Conduct client presentations and provide suitable insurance solutions based on customer needs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding, policy servicing, and claims support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial / team leadership experience
  • Prior experience in life insurance, bancassurance, financial advisory, or wealth management preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales and account management
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations and insurance industry practices is an advantage
  • Relevant insurance certifications / licenses preferred
